General Enquiries

Do you ship all across the UK & Internationally too?

Yes – We Ship everywhere in the UK including internationally.

International orders are dispatched within (8-10 working days). The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 3- 4 working days and have a delivery timeframe of 3-5 working days.

We understand sometimes you require an order faster than planned. Drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I get a refund or an Exchange?

In the unfortunate circumstance that you require an exchange, exchanges will be provided.
However we do not Provide any refunds for any items.

How may I process a return for the exchange?

1. Contact us by getting in touch using the ‘CONTACT US’ page

2. Ensure the item is in its original packaging with no damage caused to the item.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns for any Perfumes unless they have not been opened from its packaging.

3. Return the item at it’s provided address. Please be aware that there is a £5 charge on all returns

REMINDER: All returns are the customers sole responsibility to ensure it reaches us in the exact same state it was sent to you. If any damages have occurred to any of the items, the Return process will not be accepted and no exchanges will take place.

How do I know which size to take?

Before placing your order, either contact us directly via Whatsapp or DM us on Instagram to ensure no mistakes are done whilst choosing the correct size for you.
